Is the repentance of someone who contracted AIDS due to committing abominations accepted?

Indeed, Allah Almighty accepts the repentance of a servant, no matter how great their sin, if they repent with sincere repentance. He says: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" And Allah transforms the bad deeds of those who repent into good deeds, as stated in His saying: "Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous work. For them Allah will change their evil deeds into good ones. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." Moreover, Allah accepts the repentance of a servant as long as the death rattle has not reached their throat and the sun has not risen from the West.
