Is a man considered a Dayyuth if his wife or sister goes to the market with his knowledge but without his accompaniment, and she is alone?

A Dayyuth is he who condones wickedness among his kin or lacks protective jealousy over his female Mahrams when they mix with non-Mahram men. Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, as stated in the Hadith: "Three are forbidden Paradise by Allah: the habitual drunkard, the one who disobeys his parents, and the Dayyuth who condones wickedness among his kin." One who permits his wife or sister to go to the market for essential needs with legitimate Islamic controls is not considered a Dayyuth. However, one who allows her to meet with non-Mahrams or commit sins, while being aware of it, is considered a Dayyuth.
