What is the ruling on deception to increase points and status on electronic platforms, and is this considered prohibited cheating, even if done for amusement?

What one does by resorting to deception and opening multiple accounts to earn points, with which he boasts among people, is not permissible. This is because it involves cheating and deception, and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats us is not of us." He also said: "Deceit, deception, and treachery are in the Hellfire." The one who does this boasts about something he does not truly possess; rather, he earned the points through trickery and deception. Furthermore, his action violates the terms and conditions of the website, and he must cease doing so unless he is granted permission.
