What is the ruling on a girl swearing by saying: "By God, if I were a man, I would do such and such," when she means it, as in her saying: "By God, if I were a man, I would take my family for Umrah?"

This type of oath is considered vain (laghw) because it is contingent upon something ordinarily impossible. Therefore, nothing is binding in it. Examples include someone saying: "By Allah, if I fly," or "if I ascend to the sky," or "if the dead person wills," or "if I turn stone into gold," or "if I combine two opposites," or "if I bring back yesterday."
