Is Allah angry with the one afflicted with touch (by jinn) and excessive whispers, and has he thereby departed from the fold of Islam?

Wasaqah (obsessive doubt) is a trial, and it does not signify Allah's wrath or apostasy from Islam. Its cause is the devil's machination, and its cure lies in turning away from it and frequently seeking refuge (in Allah). The Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying, "That is pure faith," indicates that waswasah does not expel a servant from Islam.
