Can Allah torment all people on the Day of Judgment, even the righteous among them, and is there any guarantee against Allah's torment for those who have done good deeds?

Allah Almighty is All-Wise and Just; He wrongs no one, nor does He equate those who obey Him with those who disobey Him. Whoever thinks that He punishes the obedient and equates them with His enemies has thought ill of Him. Ibn al-Qayyim said: "Most people think ill of Allah, not according to the truth, a bad thought..." This includes someone permitting that Allah would punish His pious servants despite their good deeds. Allah Almighty has clarified in His Book that this contradicts His wisdom, saying: {Or should We treat those who believe and do righteous deeds like corrupters in the land? Or should We treat those who fear Allah like the wicked?} [Saad: 28], and He said: {Or do those who commit evil deeds think We will make them like those who believe and do righteous deeds – [that] their lives and their deaths are equal? Evil is that which they judge.} [Al-Jathiyah: 21]. Allah's truthful news in His Book is sufficient and convincing, and He is the most truthful in speech and narration. Therefore, one must repent and seek forgiveness for thinking ill of Allah.
