Is it permissible to take 35% of the profits of a pharmaceutical sales company in exchange for general management and supervisory efforts, in addition to financial contribution as one of the company's members?

This contract combines Musharakah (definition) (partnership) and Mudarabah (definition) (profit-sharing). The shareholders' contribution to the capital constitutes a partnership, and the work of one of them with the capital is Mudarabah. Thus, the worker is entitled to a percentage of the profit for his work as a Mudarib, in addition to a percentage of the profit commensurate with his share of the capital. Al-Zarkashi and Ibn Qudamah stated that this combination of Musharakah and Mudarabah is valid and permissible. Based on this, there is no objection to the administrative team receiving the mentioned percentage.
