It is permissible for the questioner to stipulate to his relative the taking of a fee in exchange for managing his share and its related accounts and the like, and for informing him about it. This is not considered consuming wealth unjustly; rather, it is an agency for a fee, for which it is permissible to take payment. The jurists have agreed that agency can be for a fee.
