What is the ruling on red or brown discharge that appears every two months or more, given the insertion of a hormonal IUD which causes menstruation to lighten or cease?

Red discharges are considered menses if their duration reaches one day and one night, and ghusl (ritual bath) is required after their cessation. As for brown discharges (al-kudrah), they are not considered menses unless they occur during the customary period and their duration reaches one day and one night, or they are connected to blood.
