The answer

If a woman becomes pure from menstruation, she performs (ritual bath), prays, and fasts. If the blood returns before fifteen days, she stops praying, fasting, and engaging in intercourse. If the bleeding stops, she performs ghusl, prays, fasts, and intercourse becomes permissible for her. If the intermittent bleeding exceeds fifteen days, it is (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding). As for riding the center's car, there is no harm in it, provided there is no khalwah (private seclusion) with the driver.
