Does divorce or a state of unlawfulness occur with the words, "Upon me be unlawfulness and divorce," in exchange for sending money after seeing a picture, and does the time between the oath and the sending affect the ruling?

You must repent to Allah for the forbidden speech, glances, and spending of money you engaged in, as well as for the forbidden oath and divorce. If you transferred the money to the woman, your oath is dissolved, and the marital bond remains intact during the period between your oath and the transfer of money. However, if you intended to transfer the money immediately or specified a time less than two weeks, then you have broken your oath, and divorce occurs. Some scholars consider this oath like an oath by Allah, thus necessitating an expiation for breaking an oath when it occurs, and does not cause divorce.
