Is there a righteous killing of prophets, so long as God described the killing of prophets by the Children of Israel as unrighteous?

Prophets are never killed rightfully. And the word "rightfully" (bi-ḥaqq) in His (Allah's) saying, "And they kill the prophets without right" (bi-ghayri ḥaqq), is interpreted in several ways: among them, that the killers knew their action was false, or that it was mentioned for emphasis, or to indicate that Allah Almighty's killing of prophets was rightful, unlike their killing.
