Is it permissible for women to pray at home, following the imam in the neighboring mosque, listening to the Qur’an, and will they be credited with the reward of congregational prayer?

It is permissible for your family to follow the Imam in prayer from behind a wall, based on the fact that some Companions prayed with the Prophet (peace be upon him) while he was inside his house and they were outside. This is what we consider preponderant, even though scholars have differed on this issue.
