Is it permissible to give charity from money earned through the game "Conquer" after learning of its unlawfulness, or is there a sin in doing so?

If wealth is acquired unlawfully with the consent of the one who provided it, and its unlawful compensation has been fulfilled, then it is not obligatory to return it to the provider. Rather, it must be spent on the welfare of Muslims, such as the poor and building hospitals. Its possessor may not benefit from it for himself unless he is poor and needy, in which case he may take from it according to his need. He may also give it as charity to his poor dependents. If he gives it to the poor, it becomes permissible for them.
