If your salary is mixed, comprising both lawful and unlawful earnings, you are not obligated to donate all of it as charity. Rather, it is sufficient to disburse the unlawful portion to rid yourself of it, and this is not considered an act of charity. If you wish to donate the lawful portion, you may do so.
