One must not conjure up fantasies or indulge in them. If one is overcome by them involuntarily, there is no accountability. The woman should also strive to guard her thoughts and occupy herself with what benefits her in her religious and worldly affairs. Discharges resulting from thinking are often madhiy (pre-seminal fluid). If there is doubt whether the discharge is maniy (seminal fluid) or madhiy, and it cannot be distinguished, then one may choose the ruling of either.
