Is it permissible to work in an internet café owned by a Christian man, given the need for work, and in a mixed environment (young men and women) where there is no censorship of websites?

Working in the aforementioned café is impermissible due to the presence of objectionable practices, such as the uncontrolled websites and mixing of genders. The matter is further exacerbated by the fact that the café owner is a disbeliever, so a Muslim woman should not work as a hired employee for him. The need for work does not permit continued employment there, except in a compelling necessity.
