This is considered disbelief if the intention is to insult the sacred law. As for names used for individuals who are not prophets, such as "Muhammad" or "Isa," it is not forbidden to discard them unless the intention is to discard the name of the Prophet. Regarding the name Maryam, it is not forbidden to discard it since she is not a prophet, though it is disliked, and it becomes forbidden if the intention is to insult. Similarly, it is disliked to discard the names of scholars, righteous people, or religious sciences, but this does not reach the level of prohibition. If there is no intention of insult, then it is not forbidden.
