Should a man sever his relationship with his wife or with his sisters who dislike his wife, given the repeated problems between them?

Allah Almighty commanded maintaining kinship ties and treating wives kindly. Therefore, it is not permissible to sever kinship ties or harm one's wife. Hence, the causes of discord between the wife and the sisters should be sought out and removed. They should be advised to foster love through acts such as exchanging greetings of peace, giving gifts, and visiting each other when ill. Both parties should be reminded of Allah and warned against backbiting, reviling, and interfering in private matters, while adhering to Allah's limits and respecting one another. If reconciliation is not achieved, then there is no blame in providing the wife with her own separate dwelling if that resolves the disputes.
