Why did Allah swear by some of His creations in the Qur’an, even though swearing by other than Allah for other than Allah is forbidden?

A Muslim is not permitted to swear by other than Allah Almighty, because an oath necessitates glorifying the one sworn by, and glory is exclusive to Allah Almighty. As for Allah Almighty swearing by His creations, that is permissible for Him to highlight their honor, or due to an implied addition such as "By the Lord of the sun," and He is not questioned about what He does.
