Is a husband entitled to prevent his wife from giving money to her brother if he knows that the brother is not in need and is exploiting her?

It is not permissible for a husband to prevent his mature wife from gifting some of her money to her brother, for she has full legal capacity to dispose of her own wealth. However, he may advise her if he perceives harm in it for her, or that her brother is exploiting her. As for prevention, it is not permissible.
