The answer

The Naqshbandi order contradicts the creed of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah (People of the Sunnah and the Community) and has innovated litanies. Therefore, one must be cautious of it due to its doctrinal deviations and innovations that contravene the Qur’an, the Sunnah, and the methodology of the Salaf (pious predecessors). As for the method of Dhikr (remembrance of Allah) through "Ar-Rabt" (spiritual connection/binding), it is an innovation with no basis in Islamic law. Thus, it is impermissible to seek nearness to Allah through it. The obligation is to abandon these orders and their gatherings.
