It is permissible for a woman to participate in chats for the purpose of inviting to Allah and spreading the truth, provided that she carefully chooses her words and avoids getting to know men or forming relationships with them. If a man who committed a Sharia violation repents, there is no objection to the woman agreeing to marry him if he proposes through her guardian. It is not necessary to inform her guardian about what he did, as long as he has repented.
