When is the money zakat due for disbursement from its designated month, and is it necessary to wait for the monthly salary to be received in order for it to be included in the zakat?

Zakat on wealth becomes obligatory after a full lunar year (hawl) has passed from the moment the wealth reaches the minimum threshold (nisab). It must be paid immediately upon the completion of the hawl. It is permissible to pay zakat in a specific month, provided that it coincides with or precedes the completion of the hawl. However, it is not permissible to delay it after the hawl is complete. It is permissible to pay zakat in advance (ta'jil) before the hawl is due if there is an urgent need, or if the owner wishes to do so after acquiring the wealth, because ownership is the reason for the obligation of zakat.
