What is the share of each heir from the deceased's estate, given a will bequeathing half the house and donating one-third of the money, and the heirs are: (2) full paternal nephews, (5) full paternal cousins, and (2) full sisters?

If the deceased's heirs are two sisters, two sons of a full brother, and sons of an uncle, then the inheritance is divided as follows: The two sisters receive two-thirds as a prescribed share (fard), and the remainder goes to the two sons of the full brother by way of residuary inheritance (ta'sib). The sons of the uncle receive nothing due to being excluded by deprivation (hajb hirmān). Before distribution, the deceased's will (one-third) is executed. As for the gift of half the house, if it is proven that it was made during the deceased's sound health and the recipient took possession of it, then it is valid; otherwise, the entire house is part of the inheritance.
