What is the share of each heir from the deceased's estate if the heirs consist of: one daughter and two full nephews?

The daughter receives half by way of fard (a prescribed share), based on the Almighty's saying: "{And if there is only one daughter, she gets half}." The remainder goes to the two full brothers of the deceased by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male relative." Thus, the inheritance is divided into four shares: two shares for the daughter, and one share for each full brother. It is obligatory to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for their consideration, as there may be another heir, bequests, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
