What is the share of each heir: a full sister and two paternal uncles of the deceased?

If the deceased leaves behind only a sister and two paternal uncles, the sister receives one half as a prescribed share (fard), based on the Almighty's saying: "If a man dies, leaving no child but a sister, she will have half of what he leaves." The remainder goes to the two uncles by way of residuary inheritance (ta'sib), equally divided between them, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the nearest male relative." The inheritance is divided into four shares: two shares for the sister, and one share for each uncle. Inheritance cases must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure that there are no other heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
