Does the marriage become void if the guardian believes that the guardians of the ولي (Wali) know the unseen and belongs to an incorrect Sufi order, and if it is void, is it obligatory to separate from the husband and veil from him immediately?

A Muslim is not to be declared an apostate if he commits an act of disbelief unless the conditions are met and the impediments are removed.
