Are the yellow and brown discharges after the cessation of menstrual bleeding considered menstruation, especially if the usual period is five days, then the bleeding stops for one day, and then these discharges appear?

There is no contradiction between the fatwas. The yellowish and brownish discharge connected to blood is considered menstruation if it occurs within the period of possible menstruation. However, if a woman sees purity (tahara) and then sees yellowish or brownish discharge, it is not considered menstruation, based on the hadith of Umm Atiyyah: "We did not consider the yellowish and brownish discharge after purity (tahara) to be anything." What is seen after the cessation of blood and the sight of purity (tahara) and ghusl is not considered menstruation, and the woman only needs to perform istinja (cleansing) and wudu (ablution) for prayer.
