How can four witnesses be brought to testify against the fornicator (male) and fornicator (female) in the present time, and how can Muslim youth be protected from fornication?

There are four ways to prove zina (unlawful sexual intercourse): testimony, confession, pregnancy without a husband or master, and the husband's imprecation (li'an) without the wife rebutting it. This strictness in testimony aims to provide cover for people and prevent the spread of indecency.

To protect societies from zina, the following must be done: 1. Spreading awareness of the gravity of zina and the enormity of its sin. 2. Educating young people about the negative consequences of the spread of zina. 3. Facilitating legitimate marriage by encouraging it and removing obstacles. 4. Avoiding exaggeration in dowries and marriage expenses. 5. Fostering an atmosphere of love and understanding between spouses to build a stable family. 6. Creating a conservative, committed environment by preventing ostentatious display (tabarruj), alcohol, and musical instruments.
