Are there any special supplications from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, for healing hereditary hair loss, and can treatment with the Quran and supplication change this destiny?

What you are doing—making supplications and giving charity for healing—is the correct path and the essence of worship. Medical treatment should also be added to this.

You must entrust everything to Allah the Almighty, knowing that the affair of a believer is entirely good, in prosperity and adversity.

There are no specific supplications for this illness, but the entire Qur’an is a healing. Among the supplications for fulfilling needs is what was narrated by At-Tirmidhi: "There is no god but Allah, the Forbearing, the Generous. Glory be to Allah, the Lord of the Magnificent Throne. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. I ask You for that which necessitates Your mercy, and that which determines Your forgiveness, and the gain from every righteousness, and safety from every sin. Do not leave any sin for me without forgiving it, nor any worry without relieving it, nor any need that is pleasing to You without fulfilling it, O Most Merciful of those who show mercy."

Baldness is a minor matter, and many men experience it without it affecting their lives. A servant should praise Allah that he is not afflicted with something greater.
