The son of a maternal brother (half-brother from the mother's side) does not inherit at all. As for the full brother's son (son of a full-brother), he inherits if the deceased has no father, grandfather, son, grandson, full-brother, or paternal brother (half-brother from the father's side). The paternal brother's son (son of a half-brother from the father's side) inherits only if there is no full brother's son. Nephews (sons of brothers) do not inherit if there is a full-brother or a paternal brother. A maternal brother (half-brother from the mother's side) does not inherit if the deceased has daughters.
