Is it permissible for the husband to have intercourse with his wife if bleeding continues after the wedding night, and is this blood considered menses that prevents prayer?

If the blood discharged does not coincide with the days of menstruation and does not possess its characteristics, it is not considered menstrual blood. Therefore, it does not prevent the woman from praying or fasting, and it is permissible for her husband to have intercourse with her. Blood discharged due to intercourse is not considered menstrual blood. However, if the discharge of blood coincides with her usual days and it has the characteristics of menstrual blood, then it is considered menstrual blood. In this case, it is not permissible for the husband to have intercourse with her until the bleeding stops and she performs ghusl (ritual bath), as Allah Almighty says: "And they ask you about menstruation. Say, 'It is a discomfort, so keep away from women during menstruation. And do not approach them until they are pure. But when they have purified themselves, then come to them from where Allah has ordered you.' Indeed, Allah loves those who repent and loves those who purify themselves."
