What is the ruling on reciting the dhikr "اللهم رب هذه الدعوة التامة..." after the adhan of the Friday prayer?

There is no difference between the for Jumu'ah and other Adhans regarding the legality of (remembrance of Allah) thereafter, due to the generality of the : "O Allah, Lord of this perfect call..." However, if the Khateeb (preacher) begins the sermon immediately without leaving time for dhikr, then the listener should either abandon the dhikr and listen attentively to the sermon, or say the dhikr silently, or in their heart.
