How can a student fulfill his duty regarding the reprehensible acts he witnesses, when he lacks the ability to change them with his hand, and wishes to change them with his tongue and not merely with his heart?

Changing evil with the hand and tongue is according to one's ability. However, condemning it with the heart is obligatory upon everyone, and its obligation is not waived, due to the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he is unable, then with his tongue; if he is unable, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith." Changing evil is obligatory if its conditions are met and its impediments are absent. Whoever does what is within their power according to the Shariah guidelines is not blamed for not doing what they are unable to do.
