Would the husband be sinful if he helped his wife's sister find a job, knowing that she does not wear a complete Islamic hijab?

If your sister is going out to her work in clothes that are not permissible for her to go out in, then it is not allowed to strive to find a job for her; because that involves causing or assisting in her sin and the sin of those who intentionally look at her.
