Is it permissible for a girl who suffers from her father's ill-treatment and stinginess to take from his money without his knowledge, by analogy with the Hadith of Hind bint Utbah?

If a daughter has sufficient wealth, her father is not obligated to spend on her. If she spends all her wealth until it is depleted, then her affluent father is obligated to spend on her. If he refuses, she may take from his money what is reasonable, without his knowledge.

Cursing, insulting, and humiliating the father is an injustice and bad manners. Cursing the religion is an act of disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam. Despite this, the father's right over his daughter does not fall away. She must be dutiful to him, accompany him with kindness, enjoin him to good, forbid him from evil, advise him, and pray for his guidance.

Investing money in usurious banks is forbidden.
