Is the freed slave considered one of the 'Asaba (agnates), what is their order among them, whom do they exclude, and by whom are they excluded?

The emancipator (male or female) from the agnates inherits by virtue of self, and inherits last in order. He is completely excluded by anyone preceding him in order, as well as by agnates with others (the full sister or paternal half-sister with the daughter). The emancipator does not exclude anyone from the agnates before him; rather, he is excluded by his own agnates who inherit by virtue of self.
