The one who caused the car accident is responsible for what has been diminished from it. The car owner has the right to take compensation from him or from whomever he refers to. The compensation becomes his property, and he is not obligated to repair the car with it. He may repair it with part of it and keep the rest for himself. He is entitled to compensation for any other damage, as compensation for accidents is for the damages and for the diminished value of the car after the accident, and its estimation is determined by the judgment of experts.
