Should a young man marry the girl he loves despite his mother's rejection due to a dispute between her and the girl's mother (her sister)?

Obedience to parents takes precedence over marrying a specific woman, unless the son's heart is attached to a girl and he fears falling into temptation because of her, or if the parents' refusal is out of stubbornness without a valid reason. In such a case, the son should try to convince his parents. If they do not agree, he may marry her without their consent, and he must then seek to appease them after the marriage. The poet of legal maxims (Nadhim al-Nawazil) said: "For Ibn Hilal, obedience to a parent is obligatory If he forbids marrying a betrothed woman Unless he fears disobeying the Lord Through her, for obedience to God is more worthy."
