Is it obligatory to make up prayers in which water did not reach the earlobe during ablution due to ignorance?

The earlobes are not part of the face that must be washed during ablution. Rather, they are wiped along with the ear, and wiping the ears is a Sunnah. Therefore, not getting water to the earlobes does not invalidate the ablution, and the prayer is valid.
