Is the saying: "He who has ascertained where 'where' is, has no 'where'" correct and attributed to our master Ali, and who narrated it from him?

This report has no basis and has not been proven to be from Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him. Rather, Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn al-Qayyim considered it among the fabricated and forged narrations, and with it, the people of kalaam (speculative theology) opposed the authentic hadiths that indicate Allah's elevatedness.
