The answer

Dhuhr Prayer Before Travel and at the Airport: If the time for Dhuhr enters while you are a resident (the airport is within city limits and the plane does not depart until after the time enters), you are required to complete the Dhuhr prayer as four rak'ahs. If you wish to pray it after the plane takes off (after commencing travel), it is more cautious to complete it. The majority view permits shortening it.

Asr Prayer: You pray it shortened on the plane when its time enters. It is preferable not to combine it with Dhuhr at the airport. It is permissible to delay it until the country of arrival if you will arrive before its time expires.

Prayer When Commencing Travel Before Dhuhr Time Enters: If Dhuhr time enters and you have already commenced travel (the airport is outside city limits, or the plane took off before Dhuhr time entered), you may shorten Dhuhr to two rak'ahs and Asr to two rak'ahs. It is permissible to combine them, shortened, at the airport or on the plane.

Maghrib and Isha Prayers After Arriving at the Place of Residence: You pray Maghrib and Isha at their respective times, complete and without shortening, as travel has concluded.
