What is the ruling on a woman's excessive discharge without arousal, and is it obligatory to purify what it contaminates, or is ablution sufficient for each prayer, like a woman experiencing postpartum bleeding? Is it obligatory to use a cloth (harqah), and what is its method? Can it be replaced with tissues?

Normal vaginal discharge (vaginal moisture) is pure but nullifies ablution (wudu'). There is no need to cleanse from it or to wear a protective cloth. Rather, it is sufficient to perform ablution when it exits. If its discharge is continuous, such that it covers the entire prayer time, then the woman is considered to have perpetual discharge (salis). In this case, she should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun and pray the obligatory (fard) and supererogatory (nafl) prayers with that same ablution. This ruling also applies if the time of its cessation is not regular.
