Is it permissible to sell the roof of a house to a man so that he may build additional floors on it and utilize them or sell them, and is it permissible for that man to enter into a partnership with another person wherein the latter builds the floors and they divide them, and is it permissible for the building partner to sell the apartments belonging to the owner of the roof, and when is it permissible to sell the apartments and take a down payment for them before the completion of construction?
