Does someone who wakes up and turns off the alarm, then goes back to sleep, fall under the ruling of "the pen is lifted from three," as mentioned in the noble Hadith?

If a sleeping person wakes up and stops the alarm at prayer time, then goes back to sleep until the time for the prayer expires, then his excuse depends on his knowledge of the reality of his waking. If he did not truly wake up, then he is excused. However, if he woke up and went back to sleep, knowing or thinking that he would remain asleep until the time for the prayer expires, then he is sinful. It is permissible to sleep after the time for the prayer begins if one knows that he will wake up before its expiration, and it is not permissible if one knows or thinks that he will remain asleep until the time for the prayer expires.
