Why did prophets not appear in other regions of the world, such as Europe, whereas their appearance was concentrated in one region?

First: Allah established proof against His servants by sending messengers and revealing scriptures to all nations, in accordance with His saying: "And there was no nation but that there had passed within it a warner" and "And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger [proclaiming], 'Worship Allah and avoid Taghut.'" And it is from His justice, the Almighty, that He does not punish anyone to whom the call has not reached, as He said: "And never would We punish until We had sent a messenger." Allah did not narrate to us the stories of all messengers; rather, He narrated the stories of some of them: "And [We sent] messengers about whom We have related [stories] to you before and messengers about whom We have not related to you." Therefore, the statement that prophets were only in one region is incorrect; rather, Allah sent messengers to all nations on Earth.

Second: Most ancient civilizations arose in the Mediterranean basin and its vicinity (the Levant, Egypt, Iraq, the Arabian Peninsula), and the population density there was greater. This is consistent with the fact that most messengers were sent to the people of these lands. The wisdom behind narrating the stories of the prophets of these regions, to the exclusion of others, is:

1. That the lessons and admonitions in the stories of these prophets are greater than others, as stated by Al-Tahir ibn Ashur. 2. That the accounts of these messengers were known to the Arabs and the People of the Book in the region, which strengthens the proof and the impact of the admonition.
