Is it permissible for a father to give the keys to a house he owns in another town, 100 km away, to his family who live in the same town, knowing that the wife and children will enter the house in his absence?

If the house is owned by the father, he has the right to dispose of it by selling or gifting, as long as he is sane, mature, and acting of his own free will. However, if the house is owned by the children, the matter is detailed: If the father is in need of its dwelling or rent, he should not be prevented, due to his favor upon his children, and due to the Hadith: "The best of what a man eats is from his own earnings, and his child is from his earnings." But if the father is not in need and there is no benefit in the disposal, he does not have the right to dispose of it except with the permission of the owners. It is stipulated for the permissibility of the father's disposal of his child's property that it does not harm the child, nor does he intentionally take something the child is in need of, nor does he take from one child's property to give to another child.
