Is it permissible for a woman who has been suffering from continuous bleeding for a year due to abnormal blood to pray and recite the Quran?

The blood that a woman experiences outside her menstrual period is considered istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding), and it does not carry the rulings of menstrual blood. Therefore, reciting the Quran and touching the Mushaf (the physical copy of the Quran) are permissible with it. The woman must make up for any prayers or fasts she missed if she abandoned them under the assumption that the bleeding was menstruation, and she should promptly seek knowledge regarding the religious rulings.
