What is the ruling on subscribing to the Saudi Printing and Packaging Company?

It is not permissible to subscribe to "Saudi Printing and Packaging Company" because it engages in prohibited activities such as printing magazines that contain impermissible content from a Sharia perspective, deals with Riba (usury/interest) through loans in the form of Ijara Muntahiya bi Tamleek (lease ending with ownership) which is considered Riba-based financing, in addition to permitting the issuance of preferred shares and bonds without Sharia-compliant controls, and commercial insurance contracts.
